- Reservations cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Failure to arrive (No-Show) or cancellations made on the date of arrival are strictly non-refundable.
Cancellations by the Management
In the exceptional event that Panchajanyam Guest House Private Guest House. must cancel a confirmed booking due to technical errors or unforeseen circumstances, the guest will be provided a 100% refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
The Refund Process
- All approved refunds are initiated through the original transaction channel used during the booking.
- Funds typically reflect in the guest's account within 7 to 10 working days, depending on bank processing speeds.
- Please note that any processing fees or bank charges incurred during the initial transaction may be deducted from the final refund.
Promotional & Non-Refundable Rates
Special discounted rates marked as "Non-Refundable" at the time of booking do not qualify for refunds or date changes under any circumstances.
