Cancellation Policy

Guest-Initiated Cancellations
- Standard bookings cancelled 48 hours or more before check-in are eligible for a full reversal of charges.
- Cancellations occurring within 48 hours of the check-in time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking.
- No-shows or cancellations made after the scheduled check-in time are strictly non-refundable.
Cancellation by Management
In the rare event that Panchajanyam Guest House Private Guest House. must cancel a confirmed reservation due to operational emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a 100% refund or a complimentary rescheduling option.
Promotional & Seasonal Bookings
Specific high-demand seasonal bookings or promotional offers may be marked as "Non-Refundable" at the point of purchase. Please verify the rate type during your booking process.
The Refund Process
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment source used by the guest.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the transaction to be processed and reflected by your financial institution.
- Any mandatory bank processing fees incurred during the transaction are the responsibility of the guest.
